service level is very good
Very good post-sales service. My outdoor propane heater turned out to have a propane leak, I figure it got dropped during shipping, because the unit seemed to have been designed and assembled well. A quick, seamless return was arranged.

Outdoor shower
The product I ordered has worked very well. I have an outdoor shower in a tented area and it has worked well. I have to drain the system when it drops below freezing levels here and that has been ok also. I have a far too limited hydro power situation so the propane on demand version is just perfect for my situation.

I love my outdoor shower. Works well and happy with the product, its description in advance of purchasing it, and its overall use and delivery.
Cheap
Started once and junked out, wont start again. Followed all the troubleshooting directions. Customer service was unresponsive.
Outdoor Shower
The shower was very easy to install and operate. We have been using it regulairly for 2 months and haven't gone through a full tank of propane yet. The showerhead/chord has started to rust a bit in just 2 months, so that would be my only improvement Poionts
So far so good
So far this has been a superior product to the previous shower units we've owned. Better features, better shower head, easier to use. The only issue is that the hose connecton (not the quick connect option) required that we turn the actual hose to tighen. (connecting the male end threaded hose connection that does not turn separatley from the hose). Our hose is buried, so it was a challenge. Although the unit is imported, the company is Canadian which was a bonus, speaking as a Canuck.
